By browsing our website or placing an order with Sign Services, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Please be advised that Sign Services reserves the right to amend or make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notification. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Customer to check these Terms before placing an order with the Company.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & INFORMATION
Sign Services makes every effort to ensure that all images and product descriptions shown on our Website are up to date and give the Customer an accurate representation of the products that we sell. Therefore, it is recommended that any queries surrounding any of our products or services should be raised prior to placing an order. By placing an order with Sign Services, you are entering into a contract with the Company, therefore, agreeing that you have acknowledged the specifications of our products, the terms of our services and are happy to proceed with your order on this basis. Sign Services may amend or correct any omissions or errors made in it's brochure, on it's website, in any marketing documents, quotations, or in any other information supplied by the company, at any time and without assuming any liability. All products and specifications contained on the Company's website may be altered, amended or withdrawn from sale without notice. Please note we reserve the right to alter images at any time. Some end products may differ slightly to the image shown to keep in line with our Company Policy, trends and Legislation. Sign Services manufactures and supplies all the signs required to comply with The Health and Safety (Signs and Signals) Regulations Act 1996 and these are produced in accordance with current UK and EU legislation.
CUSTOM MADE GOODS
All artwork produced by Sign Services remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing. Prices quoted for custom made materials will be valid for a period of thirty days from issuance of a written quotation. After that time, the quoted price may be subject to change. All bespoke designs require approval in writing by the Customer prior to manufacture - it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure there are no errors in the final design. Once the Customer accepts the design and approves it in writing Sign Services will not be liable for any design or typographical errors in the final product. By placing an order for bespoke items, you are agreeing to the Company using images of your product(s) to showcase their service. These materials may be used by the Company at any time for promotional purposes without additional consent from the Customer unless otherwise formally agreed prior to production.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Sign Services regularly monitors the prices displayed on our website to ensure that all products within our catalogue are listed at the correct price. However, should an item be priced incorrectly, the Company will not be liable to supply the requested products at the displayed price. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an typographical error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices stated on the Website are exclusive of VAT which will be added at the checkout at today's applicable rate. The total amount is payable at the time of placing your order. All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added at checkout dependent upon your chosen delivery option and the total value of the order.
